Purpose

Treatment for constipation.

Consumer Information

Drink plenty of water.  Increase fibre in diet except in cases of medication induced constipation.  Prolonged use of any laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Consult your doctor if constipation persists.

Active Ingredient

Docusate sodium 50 mg  in softgel capsules

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years & over:  Take 2 or 3 capsules twice daily.  Not recommended for children under 12 years.
